Return & Shipping Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from our shop. Because all of our products are made to order just for you, we’ve outlined our policies below so you know exactly what to expect.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means we don’t keep inventory and each item is custom made once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (see below).

Order Failed to Deliver (Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package)

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • A package left unclaimed

  • Delivery refusal

It will be sent back to the fulfillment facility.

We will contact you once we are notified. Orders are held for 30 days.

If you would like your order reshipped:

  • You must confirm the correct shipping address

  • Reshipping costs will apply

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, or color)

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a free replacement if the issue is verified.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

Because each product is made specifically for you, we cannot restock returned items.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

Since items are made to order, exchanges require producing a brand new product.

We currently do not offer free size exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size and would like a replacement, you will need to place a new order.

To avoid sizing issues:

  • Review size charts carefully

  • Check fit notes in product descriptions

If you have questions about sizing before ordering, we’re happy to help.

Lost Packages in Transit

All orders include tracking.

If your order:

  • Has not arrived by the estimated delivery date

  • Shows no tracking movement for an extended period

Please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

If confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Please check with neighbors

  • Contact your local post office

  • Confirm the shipping address entered

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • High order volumes

We monitor tracking and will assist if your order falls outside normal delivery timeframes.
