Return & Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

Incorrect or Unclaimed Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, it will be held for 30 days.
Reshipping requires address confirmation and payment of a new shipping fee.

Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong color

  • Changing your mind

  • No longer wanting the item

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

Size Exchanges

Because items are printed on demand, size exchanges require placing a new order. We currently do not offer free size exchanges.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will assist you.
